The focus on cloud solutions in the Atlassian environment strongly mobilizes competition among Atlassian Solution Partners on the German market. With the takeover of it-visual in the fourth financial year, Jodocus is now clearly positioning itself as a strong partner that will continue to be Germany's leading provider of ITSM solutions in the cloud. The company is thus continuing its rapid expansion since its founding in 2019.
“In response to the consolidation of the German Atlassian market, we were able to acquire it-visual because, on the one hand, we have been demonstrating rapid, healthy corporate growth for the last three years. On the other hand, it shows that our focus on cloud has been right since our founding and that we must and can now continue to increase our capacities,” summarizes Werner Krandick, CEO of Jodocus GmbH. Like Jodocus GmbH, it-visual specializes in digital process optimization using Atlassian tools, such as Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence. In doing so, Jodocus deliberately focuses on cloud solutions in order to efficiently implement ITSM processes in companies. Some of the cloud experts from Jodocus work together with selected partners. For example, a successful collaboration with it-visual had already proven effective even before the companies were brought together under one roof.

The geographical gain in southern Germany through the new headquarters in Kulmbach is also accelerating the steady expansion and nationwide presence of the Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner.
In addition to extensive consulting for Atlassian tools, Jodocus also includes other services related to ITSM, ITIL, SAFe and agile work. This includes project, document, knowledge, idea and license management services.
