Introduced for the first time at Team 23 in April, Atlassian has now announced at Unleash 2023 in Amsterdam that Atlassian Intelligence (AI) is going live with its first features, making it available for all Atlassian customers.
Atlassian Intelligence is a collection of AI-powered capabilities across products bringing the power of AI to cloud products Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Trello, Atlas, Atlassian Analytics. Think of Atlassian Intelligence as your virtual teammate. Its capabilities extend across Atlassian products, making each member of your organization more productive. Helping you learn more about your data and knowledge bases. And driving action that saves time, resolves issues faster, helps create, and makes the complex, simple.
Productivity
Atlassian Intelligence can summarize the content of Confluence pages or Jira issues, allowing users to quickly familiarize themselves with new topics. In the editor, AI can assist in adjusting the tone of a message and even generate text directly – with the desired formatting. Additionally, the ability to create automations via Prompt directly in Confluence is introduced. This intuitive feature enables users to instruct Confluence on which actions to automate.
JQL & SQL
A natural language interface is offered in Atlassian Analytics for SQL and in Jira for JQL. This allows users to formulate queries in Jira using natural language, making more complex data evaluations without having to write queries entirely by hand.
Suggestions for Request Types
This feature provides support in setting up Service Desks by automatically recommending suitable request types based on your team's activities.
